Project and contact
Nakchivan IT currently operates as an individual education project. This policy covers nakchivan.it. Contact info@nakchivan.it with privacy questions and requests.
Application details
The application form includes your name, age, phone number, chosen course, teaching language, experience level and optional note. These details help us contact you and discuss learning.
The form does not automatically submit details to a server database or save them in cookies or browser storage. Clicking the WhatsApp button places the details in the link’s text parameter; opening it may transmit them to WhatsApp. Sending the message itself is a separate action you choose. That service’s privacy rules also apply. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, banking details or sensitive information.
IT quiz and Story card
Answers are scored in your browser. When the quiz finishes, an answer code is included in the URL’s r parameter; it may appear in browser history and technical request logs. Anyone receiving a result link can view the result. Restarting removes the code from the current address, but does not delete earlier history or copies already shared.
The Story card is generated in your browser. It does not include your name or phone number. You choose whether to download or share it; the website does not create a separate file database for sharing. The result shown on the image is visible to the audience of the platform you choose.
Cookies, analytics and technical logs
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views, understand which content is useful and improve the website. Statistics may include the viewed page address, viewing time, referral source, approximate geographic information, browser, operating system and device type; some URL parameters may also be processed depending on service settings.
According to Vercel documentation, Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides us with aggregated statistics. A temporary hash derived from the request to distinguish visits resets daily; this does not mean that all statistical data is deleted after 24 hours. Processing and retention of statistics depend on Vercel policies and account settings. Data is transmitted to Vercel servers and may be processed abroad.
The website uses no advertising tracking cookies, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel and does not save form details in localStorage or sessionStorage. The Vercel Analytics integration does not send the contents of the name, age, phone or message form fields as analytics events.
Hosting and network providers, such as Vercel and Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, request addresses, timestamps, browser information and errors to operate and protect the website. Processing and retention depend on provider policies and account settings.
Email and external services
Information you send by email or WhatsApp is used to respond to your enquiry. Partner sites, Instagram and file-sharing applications are separate services with their own privacy rules. Information may be processed outside your country.
Retention and requests
Correspondence is retained as necessary to respond, manage learning relationships and meet applicable legal obligations. The website has no separate application database; email, WhatsApp and technical logs have different retention arrangements.
You may ask about processing, correction or deletion through info@nakchivan.it. Identity verification and legal retention obligations are considered when handling a request. Copies and logs held by external providers may require contacting those providers.
Minors
People under 18 should apply with a parent or legal guardian. Age does not automatically determine the course direction. A parent can contact the address above about personal information.
Changes
We will update this policy if information collection or the services used change. Where required by law, new processing will have a separate notice and consent mechanism.
